Moo Shu Pork is by far one of my favorite meals. In an effort to cook more at home, I had to figure out how to make my own Moo Shu Pork. The key to the perfect Moo Shu is Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce. If you have this, sauce, your homemade Moo Shu will be better than take out. I promise!
I used left over pork roast for mine, making this meal take less than five minutes to make. You need five ingredients.
Shredded Pork (use leftovers)
One Egg
Hoisin Sauce
A bag of cole slaw mix.
Butter
Heat your butter and scramble your egg. Add the shredded cabbage mix, shredded pork, and Hoisin sauce. Cook for five minutes, and Voilà! You will have your very own Moo Shu Pork for much less than take out!
